Go to www.selfbankmobile.com
Click on the “Login” tab at the top of the page and click on “Forgot password”
A new window
with the title “PASSWORD RECOVERY” will appear, asking you to input your email address associated with your SBM account.
Once you have entered your email adress click on “Submit” and a new temporary password will be sent to your email.
Please note that the password is case sensitive. Meaning that if it contains uppercase and lowercase letters you will have to input it exactly the same way.
ex: If the password emailed to you is XHn12Dk entering xhn12dk will not work. Uppercase letters must remain in uppercase and lowercase letters must remain in lowercase.
