1. General. The SBM Affiliate Bonus Program ("SBM Affiliate Program") is a program that allows you to receive a payment from SBM ("Bonus") into your SBM account for referring another SBM account ("Referred Member") to SBM. To participate in the SBM Affiliate Program, you must comply with all of these requirements, and have a SBM account that is in good standing.
2. Referred Members. The Referred Member must be an individual or business with whom you have a pre-existing relationship. You may not obtain names for referrals from group email addresses, third party bulk mailing lists, customer lists, or other similar sources. You may not send unsolicited e-mails ("Spam"). If you send Spam, SBM may immediately and permanently close your account. You may not refer yourself for the SBM Affiliate Program. You will not be eligible for a Bonus for referring a member that signs up for SBM during a reduced fee promotional offer period.
3. Bonus Requirements. In order for you to receive a Bonus, the Referred Member must: (1) sign up for a SBM Account through your SBM Affiliate Referral link provided by SBM; (2) become a verified member; and (3) not already have a SBM account at the time of the referral. All of these steps must be completed prior to you being eligible for a Bonus; (4) have a SBM account in “good standings” (pay all account fees owed to SBM); (5) have an “active” SBM account (have made at least one (1) purchase or have made at least one (1) funds transferred during the calendar month.
SBM may discontinue or modify the SBM Affiliate Program at any time by providing you with thirty days’ notice. In the event that the SBM Affiliate Program is discontinued, you will receive the Bonus for all of your Referred Members that have satisfied all of the requirements in this section prior to the discontinuation date of the SBM Affiliate Program.
For all referrals, you must have a SBM account in good standing. All conditions must be met before the Bonus expires.
4. Bonus Amount. The amount of the Bonus is based on the following: (1) Referred Mi-BIZ or Mi-ISO’s Net Sales ("NS"), defined as the Referred Mi-BIZ or Mi-ISO's Gross Merchant Sales (the sum of Website and Mobile Payments paid to the Member's account), less any chargeback’s, refunds, and reversals that may occur; (2) Referred Mi or Mi-VIP’s Net Purchases ("NP"), defined as the Referred Mi or Mi-VIP's Gross Personal Purchases (the sum of Website and Mobile Payments paid to other the Mi-BIZ or Mi-ISO Member's account), less any chargeback’s, refunds, and reversals that may occur; (3) Referred Mi, Mi-VIP, Mi-BIZ or Mi-ISO’s Net Fees ("NF"), defined as the Referred Mi, Mi-VIP, Mi-BIZ or Mi-ISO’s Gross Fees paid, including Monthly account fees, account sign up fees and the various different transaction fees (the sum of Website and Mobile Fees paid to SBM corporate), less any chargeback’s, refunds, and reversals that may occur. Please refer to the SBM Affiliate Compensation Plan for more details.
"Website Payments" are defined as payments made through SBM's Merchant Tools, Subscriptions & Recurring Payments, and the SBM Shopping Cart.
The bonus payment structure is as follows:
a. Bonus Payout. On the 25th day of each month bonus commissions will be paid out to all SBM affiliates. Bonus commissions will be deposited directly into your SBM account. For those affiliates outside Beta Live regions (Canada), bonus commissions will be mailed to the address and name corresponding to the affiliate’s account information on file, at a cost of $3.00 CAD. A minimum commission of $25.00 CAD must be accumulated (earned) before a bonus commission check is mailed. There is no minimum for direct deposits into your SBM account for Beta Live regions.
b. Maximum Payouts. Mi and Mi-VIP account members can earn up to $500.00 CAD per referred Mi and Mi-VIP account and up to $2500.00 CAD per referred Mi-BIZ and Mi-ISO. Mi-BIZ and Mi-ISO account members can earn unlimited amounts of referral bonuses.
c. Payout Frequency. Bonus payouts will be made within 30 days after the fees are collected.
d. Compliance with Terms and Conditions. By participating in this SBM Affiliate Program, you agree to be subject to all of the terms and conditions of the SBM Affiliate Program, the SBM User/Merchant Agreements, and the SBM Privacy Policy. SBM reserves the right to close your SBM account and/or restrict you from participating in this SBM Affiliate Program if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions.
