What if I lose my mobile phone?

No worries, without knowing your PIN, no one can use your phone to access your SBM account. Also, if you have informed your service provider to disable your connection, this will automatically ensure that your mobile can't be used for transacting. But you should inform SBM immediately so that we can have your account  temporarily blocked/disabled for further security and protection.
