What is SBM’s refund and cancellation policy?

We have a 15 day 100% refund policy on any account sign up and account monthly fees paid during your first month as a member of SBM, excluding transfer, currency exchange, load, withdraw and interchange fees. You may cancel your account at any time, in order to avoid next month’s scheduled billing cycle you must cancel you SBM account by email at customer@selfbankmobile.com at least 2 business days (48 hours) before your next billing date. No refunds will be given for fees paid after your 1st month as a member of SBM.
